We will always try to get you back to work as soon as is possible. However due to the complexity and nature of IT support we cannot guarantee to repair any problem and work is done on a best effort basis. Some issues may only be resolved by replacing hardware or for whatever reason could be expensive and you may choose not to proceed. In either of these cases we will still be due our hourly fees, call out and any other items itemised. Terms are strictly COD. We will communicate clearly what is to be done and we will never delete anything without your express request. Please ensure that you are clear about what will be done - we are always very happy to explain it again. All hardware remain our property until paid in full. We take the greatest care with your property but we accept to responsibility for any loss you may suffer of any kind for any reason. You are responsible for having backups of your data.
